Outside Sales Representative
What you can expect:
Outside Sales Representatives report to the President / Sales Manager. Home base is our Cambridge Head Office but primary activities will be off site meeting with clients, reviewing opportunities, and building business relationships. Geographically, our client base is predominantly in Ontario but some out of Province travel is required. Responsibilities include; managing a portfolio of existing accounts, driving new business, managing leads and opportunities, closing sales, and providing all project details relevant to installation to the Operations Team. You will be held accountable to monthly and annual sales targets and are required to track all metrics in our Sales Management Software System.
What we're looking for:
A Technical background in polished concrete and epoxy coatings is not necessary but would be a considerable asset. A positive attitude and exemplary work ethic are absolutely necessary. Sales experience is essential but we will provide additional training to a dedicated candidate who wants to learn the BNE way.
